BoholRides is a booking marketplace. Hosts list scooters and cars; guests reserve dates through this site. We coordinate booking and payment. We do not own the vehicles.

The host owns the vehicle. You must hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle type and show it at handover. You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period — including damage, fuel, and tolls — under the host's terms and these marketplace rules.

Condition issues, fuel shortfalls, parking, and damage disputes are handled between guest and host under the Host agreement. BoholRides can help escalate in trip chat or support. We do not sell collision insurance or a damage waiver in Phase 1.

Prices shown are the rental rate. Any amount labeled toward the booking is part of that rental— it is not a security deposit and not charged on top. If you cancel 24+ hours before start, that portion is returned; if you cancel inside 24 hours of start (or no-show), the host keeps it. Extra add-ons (such as a driver) are charged as listed.
